Food Storage

As with any metal, it is not recommended that food be stored in your pieces for a sustained period of time, especially foods containing fatty acids, salad dressing or vinegar.

Polishing

If staining or discoloration does occur, either from food stains, discoloration caused by automatic dishwasher or long term use there are 2 ways to restore Polish.

1:  Place a few spoonfuls of baking soda into a bowl.

Add several drops of water to the baking soda, and mix it thoroughly. Continue to add water until the baking soda turns to a paste.

Apply this paste directly to your Piece.

Scrub your piece with the paste and a soft cloth, rubbing the baking soda and vinegar into the metal.

Rinse with plain water to remove the baking soda and vinegar.

Fill your kitchen sink with warm water, and add several drops of mild soap.

Place your NILUSA Product into the soapy water, and wash it thoroughly with a soft cloth.
